Spring Tide will be working with Son SK8 - an organisation that specialises in organising skating competitions. The skate board compo will take place at Camps Bay High School in the indoor quad. There will be a variety of ramps. There will also be rollerblading on the day..
The scoring will happen on claiming a move or jump. The move with the highest score wins the round. The compo starts at 9.30 am- the park will open at 8.30am for free time. Beach soccer has become popular around the world. Ambassadors in Sport will be running the soccer tournament. Each team must have 5 players on the field with a rotating substitution option. It is important to note that you can only have 2 substitutes.
There will be a round robin format leading up to the final. There are a number of divisions; guys & girls teams of-under 16, and 18. If there are enough mixed teams that enter, we can organize some games. Entry cost is R 160 per team incl. T-Shirt. Registration 8.00am.Enter online

The Western Province Beach Volleyball Association will be running this tournament. There will be an ‘open session’ before the contest - so you can come and warm up! There is the option of 4 or 6 a side teams. There will be under 16, and 18 (girls & guys teams). The tournament will be a round robin system with the finals.
